What is boiler cover?

Put simply, it's an agreement that provides an annual boiler service and cover to protect you if anything else goes wrong with your boiler.

We also provide cover for the rest of your home heating equipment should you require it. You can find this under the Home Emergency section of our website or contact us for more information.

What boiler cover is for.

  • Annual Boiler Service
  • Support for serviced items
  • Additional remote support
  • £3000 worth of annual cover for your boiler.
  • Additional support if its not covered by your insurance policy*

 

*Call-out fees may apply for repairs not related to your serviced items or insurance.

What is boiler cover is not for.

  • This product might not be suitable for everyone, whilst the information below may be obvious, we felt it's worth pointing out. Our Annual Boiler Service, Support & Maintenance agreements are not suitable for:
    • Replacing your home and contents insurance
    • Replacing any other insurance policy you have
    • LPG, oil or electric boilers (These can be more expensive to service)
    • Any gas boiler over 15 years old. It may be more economical for you to get a new one.
    • Guaranteeing any repair work that was not related to the Annual Boiler service included in the agreement, all other work is discretionary and depending on your package level, may include call-out fees if we're able to help.
    • Replacing any home equipment if it is not cost-effective to repair
