Who is Whoopsie I hear you say? We’re a boutique insurance firm focused on servicing our customers with great insurance. Privately owned, we’ve built our company to look after our customers’ needs. So for all those whoops moments, we’re here.
We're expanding what we do, bringing on new products and working to grow across Europe. So why buy from us? Because you can either support a giant insurer who won't mind if they lose you as a customer, or you can be with someone who cares as every customer counts.

Our family.
We took the perspective that if we spend most of our day at work, we should love the people we work with. This ethos really spreads itself across everything we do and into the way we care for our customers.
We don't have a large team and don't intend to, we're focused on providing great customer services, mixed with amazing marketing and awesome technology. Straying away from huge call centers and focusing on the service side of insurance over sales. It seems to be working.
Our mission & voice.
Our goal is to build an insurance provider focused on combining the amazing capabilities of technology, with a customer-focused team that does more for it's customers. Instead of putting your premiums up each year, our aim is to work with underwriters to bring costs down.
Instead of instantly declining claims, our aim is to help customers who have had their claims declined by underwriters. Instead of being a strict company governed by terms and conditions, we see them as the foundation of our services, with the flexibility to offer more on top. Instead of a faceless insurance company pretending to be a giant, our aim is to be transparent and honest.
Will we make mistakes? Yes probably, we're growing, will we do our best to remedy them, yes we will as without happy customers, we have no business.
Are we too honest? Some times!
Protecting your world.
We're expanding our insurance products to not simply protect one thing. Our aim is to offer an insurance package that covers most if not all things in your home, your car, pets and helping you arrange your health and life insurance. We don't just stop there, travel, sports and even expat insurance incase you move away.
We take extra care for the elderly.
We all get old, so while we're young we're doing our best to give that little extra care for the elderly. We've had our processes checked by external auditors, both giving the golden thumbs up. Want to know more about how we look after older customers? Get in touch
Additional claim support.
Many insurance companies simply pass your claim over to the underwriter and that's it. We do more!
We're constantly improving our additional services and product options, so whether it's an additional contribution towards claims. Loyalty bonus where you can get your excess paid for by us or other great incentives and gifts for being great customers, we always aim to do more! If you're happy we're happy.
