Everyone goes on about having a dashboard that lets you check the status of a claim. But have they ever asked if you really want to log in every time? Or would you prefer to get a notification straight to your phone? Well, we asked, and we listened.

Our automatic SMS system keeps you in the loop as soon as there’s an update. If the underwriter needs more information, we’ll let you know. If the repair specialist popped round but missed you, we’ll text you. If anything changes, you’ll be the first to hear about it.

We’re currently in the BETA phase, so it’s not available on all our insurance products just yet, but it will be soon.
