We took the perspective that if we spend most of our day at work, we should love the people we work with. This ethos really spreads itself across everything we do and into the way we care for our customers.

We don't have a large team and don't intend to, we're focused on providing great customer services, mixed with amazing marketing and awesome technology. Straying away from huge call centers and focusing on the service side of insurance over sales. It seems to be working.
